Make sure the payment is successful; Go to AppStore, click your avatar at the top right corner, then click 'Purchase History' to check if your payment is successful.

The system may take some time to update the subscription status, you may need to wait for a while before checking again;

If the problem persists, please contact us using the email in the contact section, preparing following information: a, the phone number of your account, b, the serial number at the bottom of the subscription page in the app (if exists).
